Yoga High

Wind down from the week with Friday evening Yoga High - an inclusive, cannabis-friendly practice. Born from the idea that when used intentionally, cannabis can be a tool to explore a deeper connection between body and mind. This is a space to slow down, tune in, and meet yourself exactly as you are. 

While there is no consumption at the studio during class, students are welcome to elevate before practice. This is a judgement-free space where you don't have to hide it or explain it.
